Section 10A:31-10.1 - Nationally recommended dietary allowance

Staff at each adult county correctional facility shall document that the system of dietary allowance is reviewed at least annually by a dietician, registered by the American Dietetic Association, to ensure compliance with nationally recommended food allowances as stated by the National Academy of Sciences.
