Section 10:71-8.6 - Reporting criminal offenses to law enforcement authorities

Investigation of new applications or investigations for redetermination or eligibility may on occasion present indications to the CWA that a crime may have been committed. In such a situation, the procedures outlined in 10:69-9.19 through 9.20 (reporting criminal offenses to law enforcement authorities) are to be followed.
