Section Sw 703.02 - Yearly Incentive

Yearly incentives shall be awarded as follows:

(a) A sales rep whose fiscal year instant ticket sales exceed the prior fiscal year's sales, by the established sales goal, shall receive $2000.00;

(b) A sales rep whose fiscal year instant ticket sales exceed the prior fiscal year's sales, by the established sales goal and an additional 60% or greater, shall receive $4000.00; and

(c) The yearly incentive shall be in addition to the quarterly incentive.
