Section Sw 703.01 - Quarterly Incentive

Quarterly incentives shall be awarded as follows:

(a) A sales rep whose quarterly instant ticket sales exceed the same quarter from the prior fiscal year, by the established sales goal or greater, shall receive $1000.00;

(b) A sales rep whose quarterly instant ticket sales exceed the same quarter from the prior fiscal year's sales, by the sales goal and an additional 60% or greater, shall receive $2000.00; and

(c) A sales rep shall be eligible to receive 4 quarterly incentives per fiscal year.
