N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 6906.09

A person who is currently licensed and in good standing by another jurisdiction, whose licensing standards meet or exceed the standards of these rules, may apply to the state fire marshal's office for a NH license. All of the requirements set forth in Saf-C 6906.03 shall apply except for the provisions set forth in Saf-C 6906.03(a)(7) and (8).
