Section Saf-C 5605.10 - Release of Information About Habitual Offenders and Persons Convicted of Driving While Intoxicated

The commissioner shall have the discretion to release to the public lists of persons found to be habitual offenders or convicted of driving while intoxicated. The lists may contain the following information:

(1) Name;

(2) Age; and

(3) City or town of residence (but not street address).
