Section Saf-C 3901.02 - Scope

(a) These rules shall apply to employees, as defined in 40 CFR 311.2, who respond to a hazardous substance incident and who are subject to the federal requirements set forth in 29 CFR 1910.120(q).

(b) These rules shall not apply to:

(1) Specialist employees; or

(2) Skilled support personnel as long as the personnel meet the definition of 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(4).
