Section Saf-C 3901.01 - Purpose

(a) The purpose of these rules is to establish:

(1) A uniform incident command system for use during off-site emergency response operations to releases of, or substantial threats of releases of, hazardous substances; and

(2) Minimum competency training for incident command system (ICS) and minimum training criteria for off-site emergency responders to releases of, or substantial threats of releases of, hazardous substances.
