Section Saf-C 3228.01 - Motorcycle Inspection Required(a) Motorcycles shall be inspected as follows: (1) Annually, by July 1 of each year; and(2) Biennially, by July 1 of each year, for antique motorcycles 40 or more model years old.(b) Notwithstanding (a) above, any newly registered motorcycle shall be inspected within 10 days from the date of registration, pursuant to RSA 266:1, IV.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 3228.01
