Section Saf-C 2605.02 - Application for a Local Permit to Sell Display and Consumer Fireworks(a) Each applicant for a local permit to sell display and consumer fireworks shall obtain a permit application from the municipality.(b) Each applicant for a local permit to sell display and consumer fireworks shall submit the following on the permit application: (1) Seller's name, address and date of birth;(2) Business name and address;(3) Type of fireworks that will be sold; and(4) Location(s), address(es) and physical description of all storage areas, including a site plan.N.H.
