Section Saf-C 2605.01 - Application Process to Sell or Market Display and Consumer Fireworks

Any person who wishes to sell or market display and consumer fireworks pursuant to RSA 160-B:2 shall apply first to each municipality in which the person intends to sell or market display and consumer fireworks.
