Section Saf-C 2308.12 - Official Validation Stamps(a) Each vessel agent shall use only the official validation stamps issued by the commissioner.(b) Validation stamps shall be affixed to the owner's copy of the registration certificate on the top third of the registration certificate.(c) No vessel agent shall use a validation stamp issued to another vessel agent.(d) No stamps shall be issued until the vessel agent has submitted a $25 deposit for each stamp.(e) All stamps shall be returned to the department upon revocation or expiration of a vessel agent's appointment, or upon his/her resignation.N.H.
