Section Saf-C 2308.11 - Weekly Reports(a) Each vessel agent shall mail a weekly report to the department and mail a copy to the tax collector of the municipality where the vessel agent is located.(b) Each vessel agent shall furnish the following on the weekly report: (1) Name of the city or town where the vessel agent is located;(2) Period the report begins and ends;(3) Number of vessels registered;(4) Amount of tax collected; and(5) Vessel agent's signature.(c) The weekly report shall be submitted along with: (1) The department's copy of all registrations; and(2) All fees due to the department in the form of a check or money order.N.H.
