Section Saf-C 1605.02 - Qualifications(a) An applicant for a user's, storage, or seller's license shall: (1) Be 21 years of age or older;(2) Comply with the application procedures set forth in section Saf-C 1605.03; and(3) Demonstrate familiarity with these rules.(b) In addition to the requirements in (a) above, an applicant for a storage license, prior to making application for a storage license, shall: (1) Comply with the magazine construction and inspection requirements set forth in Parts Saf-C 1609 through Saf-C 1614; and(2) Have his or her storage facilities inspected and approved.N.H.
