Section Saf-C 1605.01 - Type of License(a) A user's license shall be issued to persons qualified to engage in the use, purchase and transport of explosives.(b) A storage license shall be issued to persons qualified to engage in the storage of explosives and a separate license shall be issued for each overnight storage magazine at a designated location.(c) A seller's license shall be issued to persons qualified to engage in selling or marketing explosives.N.H.
