Each approved school bus shall be inspected semi-annually at an official inspection station, pursuant to RSA 266:1, RSA 266:7 and Saf-C 3200. Each school bus subject to the federal motor carrier safety regulations shall also be inspected and maintained in accordance with 49 CFR parts 391 and 393.
