Section Saf-C 1307.02 - Vehicle Maintenance(a) Each school bus inspected pursuant to RSA 266:1 and RSA 266:7 shall be maintained in safe operating condition. A preventive maintenance program shall be followed to ensure proper care of a school bus, whether owned, leased or contracted.(b) A maintenance schedule shall be kept by every school bus owner on a chronological basis. The maintenance records shall be retained for a minimum of 24 months and shall be available for inspection by a law enforcement officer during normal business hours.N.H. Admin. Code § Saf-C 1307.02
