Section Saf-C 1306.02 - Discharging and Loading Pupils(a) The driver of each school bus used for the transportation of pupils shall: (1) Bring the bus to a complete stop in order to receive or discharge pupils; and(2) Proceed only after all persons have cleared the danger zone of the bus and all pupils are properly seated.(b) For the purposes of (a)(2) above, "danger zone" means the 10 foot area immediately surrounding the stopped school bus.N.H.
