Section Saf-C 1303.08 - Registration(a) Each school bus shall be properly registered.(b) Each school bus shall have one of the following types of registration: (c) No school bus shall have dual registration, such as government and commercial plates, or school bus and government plates, or any combination thereof, unless the school bus is contracted and operating in border states of New Hampshire and in New Hampshire. In that case, the school bus shall be properly registered in both states.(d) Any school bus contracted or leased to a school, school district or town, which is registered in the name of the school, school district or town, shall be exclusively used for the transportation of pupils for said school, school district or town, to and from school and school related activities.N.H.
