Section Saf-C 1303.07 - Equipment Waiver(a) A person may request the commissioner, in writing, to waive any portion of these rules, pertaining to equipment requirements.(b) Each request for a waiver shall include the following:(1) The particular portion(s) of the rules pertaining to equipmentsought to be waived; and(2) A detailed explanation as to the reason for the waiver.(c) The commissioner shall review each request for a waiver and make a determination based upon the individual facts and particular reasons set forth in the request.(d) The commissioner shall grant a waiver, in writing, in the event the waiver will not:(1) Interfere with the safe operation of a school bus; or(2) Have a direct impact upon the safety of the pupils.N.H.
