Section Res 5401.04 - Permit Suspension(a) At any time, if the director determines that a project is causing environmental or property damage that endangers public health, safety or welfare, the director shall immediately suspend a permit pursuant to RSA 541-A:30, III.(b) If any permit issued pursuant to this part is suspended pursuant to (a) above, the department shall hold an adjudicative hearing not later than 10 working days from the date of suspension. The hearing shall be held in accordance with the provisions of Res 200.N.H. Admin. Code § Res 5401.04
