Any organization which has been formed for the purpose of promoting sites for industrial and business location and expansion or for encouraging workforce recruitment shall be eligible for assistance under this program. Eligible economic development organizations shall include, but not be limited to, chambers of commerce, economic development associations, and regional planning commissions. Organizations shall meet the certification requirements set forth in Res 2402.03.
