Section Puc 206.04 - Adjudicatory Proceedings

(a) Proceedings initiated pursuant to Puc 206.02 or Puc 206.03 shall be considered adjudicatory.

(b) Puc 200 shall apply to proceedings for approval, implementation, or withdrawal of approval of an alternative form of regulation.
