Section Puc 202.05 - Date of Filing(a) Any document submitted to the commission shall be deemed to have been filed on the date the commission receives a complete executed paper filing with the required number of copies, pursuant to Puc 203.02, except as provided in (b) below.(b) Utilities shall be permitted to file electronically the reports identified for such filing on the commission's web page and such reports shall be deemed to be filed on the date the electronic filing is made.N.H.
