Section Puc 202.04 - Extensions of Time(a) Except for postponements of hearings pursuant to Puc 203.13, a party requesting an extension of time shall make such request in writing to the executive director before the expiration of the period originally prescribed.(b) A party requesting an extension shall make a good faith attempt to gain the consent of the other parties for the extension.(c) The commission shall grant a request for extension of time if: (1) The party making the request has demonstrated that circumstances would cause undue hardship or inconvenience unless the request were granted; and(2) The extension would not unduly delay the proceeding or adversely affect the rights of any party.(d) The executive director shall notify all parties of any extension of time granted.N.H.
