Section Pos 702.01 - Awards to Individual Students(a) To be eligible to receive an award under this program a student shall: (1) Be a resident of New Hampshire;(2) Be eligible to receive Title IV financial aid;(3) Be enrolled in an approved workforce shortage area program at an eligible institution; and(4) Be making satisfactory academic progress according to the standards of that institution.(b) Receipt of aid from other state funded student financial assistance programs shall not affect a student's award eligibility under this program.N.H.
