Section Pos 701.02 - Description of Program(a) The workforce incentive program is designed to assist those New Hampshire students enrolled in approved programs in a workforce shortage area in the state of New Hampshire who demonstrate financial need.(b) State funds awarded under this program shall be matched dollar-for-dollar by those eligible institutions which participate in this program.(c) Awards made under this program shall be forgivable loans.N.H.
