Section Plc 806.01 - Applicability(a) The standards in this part shall apply to each individual who applies to be registered under RSA 327-A or who is registered under RSA 327-A.(b) Violations of these standards shall constitute unprofessional conduct that subjects the violator to disciplinary proceedings pursuant to Plc 807.N.H. Admin. Code § Plc 806.01
