Section Plc 803.01 - Eligibility for Initial Registration as an Ophthalmic Dispenser

Any individual not currently or previously registered who wishes to register as an ophthalmic dispenser shall:

(a) Be at least 18 years of age; and
(b) Have obtained a high school diploma or have passed a test that resulted in the receipt of a certificate of high school equivalency.
