Section Plc 203.03 - Service in Non-Adjudicative Proceedings(a) Applications and petitions for rulemaking shall be filed with the OPLC or applicable board without service upon other persons.(b) Petitions for declaratory ruling shall be filed with the OPLC or applicable board with service on persons who would be directly affected by the ruling, as required by Plc 210.02(c).N.H.
