Section Plc 1311.01 - Rules of Practice and Procedure

The rules in Plc 200 shall govern procedures for any of the following that are not subject to specific provisions in RSA 328-J:

(a) The receipt of misconduct complaints and the investigation thereof;

(b) The conduct of disciplinary proceedings, including emergency proceedings;

(c) Waivers;

(d) Voluntary surrender of licenses; and

(e) Any other procedures not included in this chapter.
