Section Plc 1207.02 - National Associations Codes of Ethics as Binding Ethical Standards(a) Licensees who obtained initial licensure based on being certified by the NCRA shall comply with the NCRA Code of Ethics, available as noted in Appendix B, except as modified in RSA 310-A:180, I and II, reprinted in Appendix C.(b) Licensees who obtained initial licensure based on being certified by the NVRA shall comply with the NVRA Code of Ethics, available as noted in Appendix B, except as modified in RSA 310-A:180, I and II, reprinted in Appendix C.N.H.
