Section Plc 1207.01 - Purpose and Applicability(a) The purpose of this part is to establish ethical and professional standards to maintain a high standard of integrity, skills, and practice in the profession of court reporting.(b) These rules shall be binding upon each individual who is licensed as a court reporter in New Hampshire.N.H.
