Section Pes 202.17 - Conduct of Parties and Representatives

In the interest of order and decorum, if the presiding officer determines that cross-examination is disruptive to the orderly conduct of the proceedings, the presiding officer shall require cross-examination to be conducted indirectly, by addressing questions through the presiding officer.
