N.H. Admin. Code § Pda 607.06
Within 10 days of receipt of a notice of revocation of an annual berthing permit pursuant to Pda 607.05(b), or, if the applicant or annual berthing permit holder files a request for reconsideration pursuant to Pda 608, within 10 days of receipt of a notice of decision under Pda 608.03(b), the vessel for which the annual berthing permit was issued shall be permanently removed from its berth. If the vessel is not removed by 11:59 p.m. on the tenth day following the receipt of such notice, a representative of the division shall arrange for the removal of the vessel from its berth. The owner of the vessel shall be responsible for any costs incurred by the division in removing the vessel from its berth.
