Section Pda 607.05 - Hearings; Notice of Denial(a) Any hearing required pursuant to Pda 607.04 shall be held by the director or designee.(b) If a permit is denied under Pda 607.02 or revoked under Pda 607.04(b) after notice and opportunity for a hearing, notice of the denial or revocation and the reason(s) therefor shall be sent to the applicant in writing within 10 working days of the decision.N.H.
