N.H. Admin. Code § Pari 811.02
(a) "Disposition" means "disposition" as defined in RSA 284:14-c, I, namely "euthanasia, transfer to another jurisdiction, adoption or donation or sale for medical research or other purpose."
(b) "Injury" means physical harm to a greyhound that either the greyhound's trainer or the commission veterinarian believes either:
(1) Will not resolve within 72 hours if left untreated; or
(2) Is of such significance as to lead the trainer or veterinarian to conclude either that it:
a. Threatens the life of the greyhound;
b. Ends the ability of the greyhound to be used as a racing animal;
c. Requires professional veterinary treatment; or
d. Requires that the greyhound be placed on the veterinarian's list.
