Section Pari 811.01 - Purpose and Scope

(a) These rules are intended to implement the requirements of RSA 284: 14-c and RSA 284: 14-d relating to records of greyhound disposition and injury.

(b) Unless otherwise provided herein, these rules shall apply to trainers, owners and kennel operators licensed by, or under the jurisdiction of, the commission and shall relate to such greyhounds as described in these rules.
