N.H. Admin. Code § Ins 3601.20

Prior to an insurer or similar organization offering group long-term care insurance to a resident of this state pursuant to RSA 415-D, it shall file with the commissioner evidence that the group policy or certificate thereunder has been approved by a state having statutory or regulatory long-term care insurance requirements substantially similar to those adopted in this state.
