"Group Supplemental Health Insurance" includes any policy, issued to a group in accordance with RSA 415:18, which provides health insurance coverage other than group policies of hospital, surgical or medical expense coverage. This term includes, but is not limited to: certificates providing hospital confinement indemnity, accident only, accidental death and dismemberment, Champus/Tricare supplemental, specified disease, limited benefit, dental, disability income, prescription drug, travel, or vision coverage.
