Section Ins 1901.02 - Applicability and Scope(a) Except as provided in (b) below, this part applies to all individual accident and health policies and group supplemental accident and health insurance policies and certificates, delivered or issued for delivery in this state on and after the effective date of this part, with the exception of policies of long-term care insurance under RSA 415-D and policies of Medicare supplemental insurance subject to RSA 415-F.(b)Ins 1901.06(a)(8) and Ins 1901.06(b), (c), (d), (f) and (g) shall also apply to all group accident and health insurance policies and certificates delivered or issued for delivery in this state on and after the effective date of this part.N.H.
