Section Hum 202.04 - Method and Time of Filing A Complaint(a) A complaint shall be filed by:(1) Delivery of the original complaint by hand, delivery service or delivery company;(2) United States mail; or(3) Facsimile transmission of a copy of the original complaint together with other delivery of the original complaint.(b) If filed by one of the methods described in (a)(1) and (a)(2) above, the complaint shall be received by the commission at its offices: (1) Within 180 days after the date of occurrence of the alleged unlawful discriminatory practice; or(2) If the alleged discriminatory practice is of a continuing nature, any date after the start of the alleged discriminatory practice, but no later than 180 days from the date of the last incident of discriminatory conduct.(c) If filed by facsimile transmission: (1) The faxed copy shall be received by the commission at its offices by the date called for by (b) above; and(2) The original complaint shall be received by the commission at its offices no more than 14 days later.N.H.
