Section He-A 409.02 - Quality Assurance Activities(a) Quality assurance and management shall be conducted through the following activities: (1) Regular program audits;(2) Quarterly provider meetings;(3) Regular client satisfaction survey processes;(4) On-site technical assistance and trouble shooting; and(5) Annual continuing care coordinator and service provider eligibility determinations based on past performance and improvement.(b) Care coordinators and service providers shall participate in BDAS quality assurance and management functions at regular intervals and upon request.N.H.
