Section He-A 409.01 - Performance Standards

The bureau shall establish performance measures related to outcomes for care coordination and service delivery including:

(a) What service modalities or combinations of modalities were associated with positive client outcomes;

(b) What length of time in the ATR program was related to positive client outcomes; and

(c) What service approach produced positive outcomes within the different referral pathways and within different demographics.
