Section Gcd 215.02 - Alternative Dispute Resolution by Formal Settlement(a) After commencement of a hearing in accordance with Gcd 207.01, any person who has a dispute with the commission shall have the opportunity to attempt to reach a resolution of the dispute by formal settlement.(b) A formal settlement resolving some or all of the issues comprising the dispute shall become effective when its terms have been reduced to a writing signed by the parties to the agreement and the settlement has been ordered by the commission.(c) The signing of a document setting forth the terms of a formal settlement resolving some or all of the issues comprising a dispute shall constitute a waiver of the right to a hearing of the issues resolved by the formal settlement.N.H.
