Section Gcd 215.01 - Alternative Dispute Resolution by Agreement(a) Any person who has a dispute with the commission shall have the opportunity to attempt to reach a resolution of the dispute by agreement so long as a hearing of the dispute has not yet commenced in accordance with Gcd 207.01.(b) An agreement resolving some or all of the issues comprising the dispute shall become effective when its terms have been reduced to a writing signed by the parties to the agreement.(c) The signing of a document setting forth the terms of an agreement resolving some or all of the issues comprising a dispute shall constitute a waiver of the right to a hearing of the issues resolved by the agreement.N.H.
