Section Fis 808.02 - Permit Requirements(a) Regulated shooting area permits specified in Fis 808.10 shall expire on December 31 of the calendar year of issuance unless sooner revoked.(b) A regulated shooting area permit shall be valid only for the premises described in the application.(c) Upon notification to the department, a regulated shooting area permit may be transferred along with a sale of a business to a new owner for the duration of that license provided all requirements and conditions of the license shall be met.N.H.
