Section Fis 808.01 - Statement of Applicability

Fis 808.03 shall not apply to any person licensed as a propagator for the purpose of taking wildlife in a hunting preserve setting prior to, including and continuously since 1968 but non-conforming tracts shall not increase in size. No new non-conforming tracts shall be permitted.
