Section Fis 805.011 - Non-Controlled Species - Release(a) A permit to release wildlife shall not be required for any person to release wildlife designated as non-controlled as specified in Fis 805.011(b).(b) For purposes of this part, the following species or groups of wildlife shall be designated as non-controlled: (1) Pigeons and doves (Columbiformes), exotic; and(2) Feral pigeons (Columbadomestica and C.livia).N.H.
