Section Fis 1109.14 - Release of Information Contained in Licenses, Permits, and Application Forms

Unless specifically required by a court order, RSA 91-A, or the constitution of the State of New Hampshire, all information provided to the department by an applicant under these rules that would tend to identify a person's name, a physical or mailing address, an electronic mail address, or the licensing status of the applicant in this or any other state or province shall be treated as confidential and not subject to disclosure.
